Well, what can I say? From start to finish on all 3 of our projects, I was incredibly impressed with Lee and his team.

After being let down several times, we honestly thought landscaping our front garden was never going to happen — and looking at the before pictures, you can probably see why! Then we found Lee and his team, and everything changed.

They have completed an outstanding transformation, turning our awkward, steep, and unsightly front garden into a beautiful, neat, and manageable space that we absolutely love. The quality of workmanship and attention to detail throughout was exceptional.

Since then, Lee has also completed our extension and recently returned again to install new ACO drains in the back garden for our new glass veranda which wasn’t an easy job but he still took it on and put our mind at ease. Every job he has done for us has been completed to an incredibly high standard, and it’s clear he takes real pride in his work.

Lee and his team were an absolute pleasure to have around. They were efficient, skilled, professional, courteous, and considerate at every stage of the project. They always made sure existing areas and pathways were protected while they worked, and they left the site tidy at the end of each day.

What stood out even more was Lee’s honesty and reliability — despite several unexpected challenges along the way, he stayed completely true to his original quote, which is something quite rare these days.

We are genuinely so grateful for everything Lee and his team have done for us because we truly didn’t think these transformations were possible. There is absolutely no question who we will recommend to others, and no doubt who we would hire again for any future landscaping or building projects.

Lee and his team were nothing short of professional from start to finish. Right from the beginning, Lee came round to discuss the job and offered helpful advice and alternatives. He even dropped off sample tiles for me to keep so I could make a pressure-free decision.

Throughout the entire project, Lee was extremely accommodating — even when I changed my mind on things. He told me exactly how long the job would take, arranged for the skip to be removed as soon as the work was complete, and personally oversaw all the deliveries (no small task with our awkward driveway!). We contacted Lee as we needed professional advice regarding our driveway extension and an overgrown, high maintenance garden area. Lee was very prompt in arranging a site visit and subsequently a quote along with timescales to start and finish the job. We can honestly say Lee (and the lovely Ryan) completely transformed the garden and driveway and we are absolutely delighted. His work is exceptional. The job was completed in 6 days, well within the estimated timescales. Having had numerous disappointing experiences with tradesman over the years Lee has helped restore our faith in them. His work is to a very high standard with great attention to detail. He manages his time well, is reliable, efficient and an absolute professional. He left the site clean and tidy and we are already arranging to book Lee in for further works. We would recommend anyone requiring or considering having landscaping work completed to give Lee a call.

After months of being messed about & let down by, so called tradesmen, we were resigned to the fact we would leave it till spring.
Then, after umpteen people, either giving ridiculous quotes or not turning up at all, we got in touch with Lee. He actually turned up at the agreed time, measured up & came back with a reasonable quote a couple of days later. Not the cheapest but reasonable. Gave us a start date & actually stuck to it. We had our reservations at first, due to being let down by others, but needn’t have been.
Lee & his team acted very professional at all times, were very polite & more importantly did an excellent job. We are very pleased with the final outcome & look forward to the summer so we can use it!

Right, I’ll start at the very beginning! I asked Lee to come out and quote for renovating an unsightly, uneven tiered area of the garden. He arrived when he said he would, and provided a quote in next to no time. On the day the guys started work, they arrived bright and early and every morning after that.
I can’t fault the team’s work and friendliness, Lee kept me up to date, provided a few suggestions and even helped me save some money throughout the work.
I’m loving the end result and can’t wait to get the hot tub and start growing things up my new pergola and trellis.
I would recommend L Tucker & Son to anyone who needs to give their garden some tlc.

Right from the beginning Lee was responsive, prompt, reliable and a good communicator. He kept me up to date on his availability and always did what he said he would, when he said he would - I didn’t have to chase him once!
Lee and his team were punctual every day, they were polite, and very tidy. My garden is only accessible through the house and the whole team was very considerate when lugging heavy, dirty garden products and waste through the house.
Lee came up with some good suggestions when planning the job and he has executed the plan brilliantly with quality workmanship and materials.

From the beginning of our journey, Lee outshone several other landscaping companies, with his admirable professionalism, his exemplary communication and his marvellous friendly nature and straight talking. Lee quoted within the given timescale and his price was very competitive.
Lee gave us great advice and helped and guided us along the way. He was happy to work with our ideas and found quick solutions on the job. We were kept informed of progress on a daily basis and very much appreciated the fantastic communication throughout.

After going through what seemed like almost all of Kent's landscaping companies, we decided to go ahead with Lee and the team to lay our new porcelain slabs.
Lee was prompt at replying to messages and was quick to send back a quote. Lee and the guys arrived every day on time and were considerate, hard working and friendly. They rarely took time to have a break and worked hard every day. Nothing was too much trouble and Lee was very approachable and professional when dealing with queries while the work was ongoing.

Lee and the team were fantastic during the (tricky) rebuild of our front garden retaining walls and paths. Even faced with February weather (including the trio of storms), they arrived on time and worked hard everyday they were scheduled to. The end result is fantastic and have neighbours and passers by knocking on our door for the recommendation! Hope to use Lee again for future projects!

Lee has managed to transform our garden. The garden was looking sorry for itself with heavy usage across the grass for my daughter to look after her animals.
Old paving which was never big enough to fully use and an area at the rear which was never used. A previous company had made a start but had not done a job which we were ever fully satisfied with.
After speaking to a number of companies we felt confident Lee understood what we were hoping to achieve. He was able to make suggestions and advise us which the previous company had not.
We are now looking forward to the warmer weather so we can make use of the garden.

Lee and his team have just completed the construction of a single story bathroom on the back of the house including retaining walls, and landscaping involving new brick walls and sandstone patio. Lee has been fantastic throughout with great communication and advice. Would highly recommend.

My rear garden was a mess. My wife hated going into the garden as all different heights etc..

After having work done previously by a different company the area was not prepped correctly causing bamboo to grow through the artificial grass I had put down and completely ruining the whole garden, it has now been has dug out correctly and I couldn’t be happier.

Lee redid our garden for us recently. This was a complicated project because it was a tiered garden but they did a beautiful job. Lee communicated very well and kept us aware of the profess of the project. The result turned out extremely well and it was evident that a lot of care was put into our garden. No corners were cut! Lee and the lads Louie and Jordan have just finished redoing our garden, From the outset Lee had great ideas that we hadn’t thought off. Every day the guys turned up without fail on time (tea and coffee at the ready), couldn’t believe how quickly they got things done and they always tidied up before leaving. The final product was amazing we are both so happy with the results, we will definitely be having the guys back to do the front garden (even Louie). Seriously these guys worked so hard and they were great fun too. You can have a real laugh with them then they go straight back to work. Finally we can easily enjoy our garden for a coffee in the morning, a glass of wine in the evening and a safe space to spend time with grandchildren outside, all thanks to Lee and the team!
After many years of having to access the garden up and down old steps, Lee could understand right from the beginning what the aim was. He listened to what ideas we had and used his knowledge and experience to bring them to reality.
When there were hurdles, he was upfront and thought pragmatically about them. He clearly explained what they were and was thinking of resolutions straight away, which was very much appreciated.
The whole team were very efficient with their time keeping and any query I messaged was replied to quickly.
The little details have really helped the ideas in my head come to life, from the spindle designs, to the frames for privacy and the neat little spotlights for nighttime, nothing was to much trouble for Lee.
Furthermore, the safety of the baby gate, which was a late addition, has really helped the space become somewhere we can all enjoy as a family.

I initially contacted L Tucker & Son round about March just to get another quote to have my front garden made maintenance free but also to keep it stylish and future proof obviously.
Lee was knowledgeable and took time to listen to my ideas. He wasn't pushy and was extremely pleasant. He sent me drawings to confirm that we were both on the same page. Having looked on Lee's website I could see the work he'd done for previous customers.
Lee's quote wasn't the cheapest but I wanted quality, reliable, trust and honesty which Lee has done without question. He and his team were always early on site waiting to start work at a reasonable time. They worked hard each day, putting in a good days work.
We built a fantastic customer/ builder relationship and Lee's son is a credit to his Dad and is very conscientious in his work and integrity. During their work on site, they received no few than 5 enquiries for quotes from passing neighbours.
